Description

Peony Reverie is a peony rubber stamp made to be the whole background. Large blooms overlap edge to edge, each petal shaded with fine lines and each center packed with stippled stamens, across approximately 4.25 by 5.5 inches, the size of an A2 card front. There are no sentiments in the set, so it goes behind a wedding, Mother’s Day, birthday or sympathy greeting equally well. Stamp it in a pale ink and watercolor over the top for a no-line look, or emboss it in white and blend pinks across the panel. Cut the stamped panel into strips and one impression makes several cards.
