International Shipping
Unity Stamp Company currently ships retail international orders to the following countries only:
- Australia
- Germany
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
International orders, excluding Canada, require a minimum merchandise subtotal of $150.00 before shipping options will appear at checkout.
International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and order total. All shipping charges are collected at checkout.

International Delivery Timeframes
International orders may take up to 80 days to arrive depending on destination country, customs processing, weather delays, and seasonal shipping volume.
Once an international package leaves the United States, tracking updates may pause for extended periods. This is normal for international shipments and tracking may resume once the package arrives in the destination country.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any additional fees required by their country.
Shipping charges collected at checkout do not include customs fees or import taxes.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Unity Stamp Company is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or missing in transit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. International orders that are lost or missing will not be reshipped.
If a package is confirmed lost, Unity Stamp Company may issue a refund for the merchandise cost only, at our discretion.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to customs refusal, unpaid duties, postal issues, or incorrect address information, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned orders may be reshipped once additional shipping costs are paid in full.
Address Issues
Unity Stamp Company ships orders to the address exactly as entered at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges required due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging with the packing slip included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.
Shipping Timeframe
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days from our facility. Transit time begins once the order leaves our facility and varies by destination.
