What kind of stamps are these?

  • Red Rubber at its BEST! Unity manufactures ALL their own stamps RIGHT AT Unity Stamp Company! Made RIGHT HERE in the good ol’ USA. Each stamp is pre-cut perfectly by our SWISS CNC machine. The stamps are mounted on cling foam – and can be used with ANY acrylic block! You will LOVE them! Ask our current customers!

When will my kit ship?

  • Your first kit is shipped 5-7 business days after your payment is processed. Your kit payment will recur every month on the same date that you sign up.  If you sign up on the 12th, your payment will recur every month on the 12th and your kit ships within 5-7 business days.

What methods of payment do you accept?

  • Unity Stamp Company currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover via your online subscription.

How do the Membership subscriptions work? Please read carefully.

  • Our subscriptions are recurring – monthly. You will automatically receive your very own Kit each month until you wish to cancel your subscription.
  • If your credit card is denied or expired, please contact us with a NEW number immediately, as we will have to charge a $5 processing fee for denied or expired credit cards.

Is there a membership commitment?

  • Yes. The Unity Stamp Company Membership requires an initial 3 month commitment. After 3 months, you may cancel at anytime. If you cancel before the 3 months has been filled there is a $25 penalty fee. You must cancel your membership 5 days prior to your payment being automatically processed.

Can I skip a monthly kit?

  • No. We do not allow skips on Memberships. Once you sign up for a subscription, you must receive the Kit each month for 3 months. Be sure to cancel PRIOR to your payment date to allow for our staff to cancel your membership billing.

Can I purchase any of the past kits?

  • Yes! As a member, you are able to purchase PAST kits {if available!} at the membership price + shipping. This is effective a few days after your payment has been processed. Non-members can purchase the past Kits at full price + shipping.

When will my credit card be charged each month?

  • Your card will be charged the moment you sign up and will be processed.  Your kit payment will recur every month on the same date that you sign up.  If you sign up on the 12th, your payment will recur every month on the 12th. 
  • If you need to update your credit card or address – you must call or email that information in. You cannot update it in your account. If your payment comes back as declined or expired, you will have to resign up on the website.

Cancellation Policy:

  • This is a recurring subscription, which means it does not end until you notify us. If you wish to STOP your subscription – simply send an email to andrea@unitystampco.com 5 days PRIOR to your payment date. Please include in the SUBJECT LINE: Cancel my (specify which type of membership) Kit.
  • You must cancel your membership by 5 days prior to your payment date or you will receive and be billed for that months kit. Example: If you signed up on the 10th of the month – that is the date your payment is processed – you MUST CANCEL by the 5th of the month to ensure your card or PayPal account will not be charged.
  • Please Note: We DO NOT refund completed payments or accept RETURNS of Membership Kits. When you OPT to cancel your Kit, it ends with your NEXT scheduled payment. Weekend and Holiday cancellations do not happen until the next business day – please keep that in mind.

Need to update your information?

  • If you have any changes to your membership, such as an address or name change, or update your credit card – please contact us right away by sending an email to andrea@unitystampco.com
  • Please include the following information with your request:
  • Full Name (maiden, spouses name)
  • E-mail address
  • Full mailing address

Do you ship internationally?

  • Of course we do! Please be aware that First Class Mail International does not provide tracking numbers. Unity Stamp Company cannot be responsible for the package once it is shipped. (International and Canadian orders – please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery).

What if my shipment is damaged?

What if my kit is lost or stolen?

  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. In this case, you will need to take it up with your local delivery person.
