Description
Built for the retirement party, the work anniversary and the farewell card the whole department signs. Two women straight out of a 1980s typing pool carry the set: one pounds away at a typewriter with the phone pinned to her shoulder, the other stands with a coffee mug and an armload of overflowing file folders. Six deadpan sentiments cover the send-off from every angle, from "No more memos. No more meetings. No more pretending to care." to "You're another year fabulous." for the office birthday. At about 2.7 inches tall, either woman fills the side of an A2 card and leaves room for a sentiment and the rolodex, pencil or paper clips beside her. Color the bow blouse and the diamond-print dress in mustard, rust and olive for the full retro look.
