Description

Description

Jesus shoulders the cross in this one, head bowed under the crown of thorns, drawn in heavy woodcut-style strokes that print bold and dark. It is the image for Good Friday and Easter, and for any card that needs to say something about strength through suffering. “Because He lives“, “Great strength comes from faith in God” and the Isaiah 41:10 “Fear not, for I am with you” are set in a mix of script and serif so each stands alone. The main image measures approximately 3.25 by 3.5 inches; ink it fully and press evenly, because the solid areas want good coverage.
