Description

Description

A tall, stylized tulip with two broad leaves fills the right side of the panel, and the verse runs down the left in hand-cut lettering: “the Lord will fight for you, you only need to be still“, from Exodus 14:14. Ann Corbiere Scott drew it in the same folk-lettering style as Cast All Your Cares, and the two look right side by side. It is an encouragement card for someone in a fight they cannot win by trying harder. The background measures approximately 3.25 by 4.25 inches, so it is the whole card front.
