This luna moth stamp measures approximately 4.5 by 5 inches, large enough to be the entire front of an A2 card. The moth is drawn wings open, with feathered antennae, an eyespot on each of its four wings, fine swirls filling every panel and two long tails that curl at the tips. Four word stamps come with it and combine as you like: “Change” with “is beautiful,” a script “Transformation” and “Let your light lead.” It is an encouragement card for someone starting over, whether that is recovery, a graduation or a new chapter nobody planned. There is a lot of fine line in a moth stamp this size, so use smooth cardstock and a firm, even press, then add a wash of pale green.
