Australia & New Zealand Shipping

We charge exact shipping costs for Australia and New Zealand orders.

  • An initial shipping charge is collected at checkout based on estimated international rates.

  • Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a follow-up invoice via email for any remaining shipping balance.

  • Orders will ship once the final shipping invoice is paid in full.

International Orders — Please Read Before Purchasing

By placing an international order with Unity Stamp Company, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

International Delivery Timeframes

  • International orders may take up to 80 days to arrive.

  • Delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and seasonal shipping volume.

  • Delays are common during peak holiday periods and are outside of our control.

Tracking Information & Updates

  • Once an international package leaves the U.S. international distribution center, tracking updates may pause for extended periods.

  • This is normal and expected for international shipments.

  • Tracking typically resumes once the package arrives in the destination country.

  • Customers may contact their local postal service for updates using the same tracking number.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing International Packages

Unity Stamp Company is not responsible for international packages that are lost, stolen, or missing in transit.

  • We do not reship international orders that are lost, stolen, or missing.

  • If a package is confirmed lost or fails to arrive, we may issue a refund for the merchandise cost only, at our discretion.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

This policy allows us to continue offering international shipping as a small business.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Customers are solely responsible for understanding and paying any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

  • Shipping charges collected at checkout do not include customs or import fees.

  • These fees vary by country and are outside of our control.

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned, and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returned International Packages

If an international package is returned to us due to customs refusal, unpaid duties, postal issues, or incorrect address information:

  • We will refund the product cost only (original shipping is non-refundable), OR

  • We may reship the order once a new shipping invoice is paid in full via PayPal.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with the packing slip included.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

Address Issues

Incorrect Address Provided

  • Unity Stamp Company ships orders to the address exactly as entered at checkout.

  • We do not edit or verify address information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Customers may contact their local post office to request forwarding, or

  • Wait for the package to be returned to us. Once returned, the address can be corrected and the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address and is not returned, we will honor the original pricing and assist the customer in placing a replacement order.

Shipping Timeframe

  • Orders ship within 5–7 business days from our facility.

  • Transit time begins once the order leaves our facility and varies by destination.
