FAQ:
When will your kit ship?
Kits will begin shipping on the 15th of each Month. You are able to view the current months kit on the FIRST of EACH MONTH!

To assure accuracy, if you have any changes to your subscription such as an address or name change please contact us right away. andrea@unitystampco.com

How much are the monthly kits?
The Unity Stamp Kit of the Month is $26.00 each per month plus $5 shipping.
What are the shipping charges?
$5.00 within the United States and Canada.
$12.00 International.
Do you ship internationally?
Of course we do! Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00.
Please be aware that First Class Mail International does not provide tracking numbers. Unity Stamp Company cannot be responsible for the package once it is shipped. If you would like to include a tracking number and insurance you may choose to upgrade your shipping to USPS Global Priority Mail.

What methods of payment do you accept?
The Unity Stamp Company currently accepts PAYPAL, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via your online subscription.
When will my credit card be charged each month?
Your card will be charged the moment you sign up and on the 8th of each month after that. For Example: If you sign up on the 20th of the month, you will get the current month's Kit and be charged there after on the 8th of each month.
PLEASE NOTE: If you opt to SKIP your kit for an entire month your account will be charged a temporary penny. In the event that you skip your kit you will see a $.01 charge on your bank/credit card statement. The penney is refunded approximately 5 days after the charge.
Is there a membership commitment?
NO. Unity Stamp Company Kit Club is an auto-ship club. This simply means that you will continue to receive a kit each month until you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership by the 3rd of the month or you will receive and be billed for that month's kit.
Example: You must cancel your membership no later than November 3 in order to avoid receiving the November kit.
Can I skip a monthly kit?
You may skip any kit you do not wish to receive. To skip a kit, simply send an email to kitclub@unitystampco.com by the 3rd of the month. If you notify us after the 3rd you will receive and be billed for that months' kit.
We respond to EVERY email received. If you email us to skip a kit and do not receive a reply, that means we did not get your email and it is YOUR responsibility to email again.
If you skip 3 kits in a row (unless prior arrangements have been made with us) you will be dropped from autoship status. Because you are able to preview the kit and decline your shipment, we do not accept returns except in the case of our error.
As referenced above, special discounts/gifts are sent WITH your kit each month. If you decide on skipping a month's kit - you will not qualify for the special discount or gift given with that month's kit.
Can I purchase any of the past Kit of the Month's?
You can purchase the past Kits of the Month for $45.00 each. You will find them listed on our website, or click HERE!
What if my shipment is damaged?
Please contact us at kitclub@unitystampco.com within 5 days of receiving your damaged kit.
What is my kit is LOST or STOLEN?
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. In this case you will need to take it up with your local delivery person.
