How DOES the MEMBERSHIP WORK? Please read carefully - it is DIFFERENT than the Unity Kit of the Month.
Our subscriptions are re-occurring.
You will automatically receive YOUR VERY OWN SMAK Kit each month until you wish to cancel your subscription.
There is an initial 3 month commitment to your subscription. After 3 months, you may cancel at anytime. Be sure to cancel PRIOR to the 20th of the month to allow for our staff to cancel your membership billing.
If you cancel before the 3 months has been filled there is a $15.00 penalty fee.
WE DO NOT ALLOW SKIPS ON THE SMAK KIT. Once you sign up for a subscription, you must receive the main kit each month for 3 months. If you credit card is denied or expired, please contact us with a NEW NUMBER immediately as we will have to charge a processing fee of $5 for denied or expired credit cards.
Group subs: We offer group subscriptions. This will help save on shipping for international club members or those that are here in the US with friends all in one area. All the SMAK kits will be shipped in ONE box, and will be billed to one person each month. We can fit up to 10 kits in a box each month, so 10 people can be part of a group. E-mail andrea@unitystampco.com if you are interested in setting one of these special group memberships up! You will need to commit to 3 months the same as our individual members.
How does my subscription work and when will my credit card be billed each month.
You can sign up with through our website with a credit card that will be billed once a month over the next 3 months. We also have a PAYPAL OPTION.
If you do not want to take part in the incentives of being a member and getting your kit FIRST each month - you are welcome to do a ONE TIME PURCHASE for $32 + $6.95 shipping.
You can sign up at anytime during the month. Once you sign up, your account will be billed that day and the CURRENT MONTHS kit will be sent out to you. We will then switch your recurring billing to the 25th of each month in an effort to clear your payment for the FIRST of the month shipping.
{For Example: If it is November 15th and you sign up for your subscription. The November Kit will be billed and sent out to you. Your billing date will then be switched to occur on November 25th and you will be billed for the December kit on that date. Your DECEMBER kit will then be sent to you on DECMEBER 1.}
Cancellation Policy:
This is a reoccurring sub, which means it does not end until you notify us. If, after 3 months you wish to STOP your subscription to our SMAK Kit - simply send us an e-mail by the 20th of the month prior to the next months SMAK KIT. For example, if you wish to cancel your sub in February, you would need to notify us on or before the 20th of January of your cancellation. If it's past the 20th, you will need to take the next month's kit as it has already been manufactured for you.
